Halloween Goodies

Many Halloween items make great additions to disasters kits - light sticks, glow-in-the-dark and reflective items, voice amplifiers (found in many Halloween masks), ear-piercing noise makers, etc. Many of these Halloween staples have a shelf life, or become dated based on the packaging theme, and some retailers simply can’t afford to store them onsite.
